Max has got a cold going on right now so I kept him in his "casual" clothes for his photo shoot... plus his shirt has a moose on it, so Mommy loves it anyway :)
At 9 months Max weighs 23 lbs, 11 oz (96th percentile) and is 28.5" tall (56th percentile)... on the same day Ella weighed 24.5 lbs fully clothed - he is quickly catching her! He wears 12 month clothes, beginning to transition to 18 month. And is in a size 5 diaper. He is now consistently sleeping through the night again - making for a very happy Mommy and Daddy! He still takes his same 4 bottles and baby food and we are starting to add in more finger foods, although this is my least favorite food stage.. he has had mashed potatoes and peas and avocado (in addition to puffs and cheerios) and done great with them all.
Max is into everything all the time! He is a very fast little crawler, pulls up on everything, can transition from one piece of furniture to the next and is starting to walk along the edges of things... he can even climb stairs! We have two steps and then a landing and the way the railings and moldings are our baby gate is at the top of those two steps.. Max LOVES to climb those steps and shake the baby gate - he is mister trouble maker :) Typically Zoe can be found just on the other side of the gate egging him on!
Max also got his first haircut this month! Just a little trim around his ears from Auntie Emmi :)
